Statuses

This document explains how to interpret and set status values within the Qgiv and Hobnob system.

Status assignments must be in integer values

• DELETED status : 0
• ACTIVE status : 1
• CLOSED status : 2
• SUSPENDED status : 3
• PENDING status : 4
• INACTIVE status : 5

Qgiv/Hobnob elements

Qgiv/Hobnob elements (ie. Restrictions, Pledges, Fields, etc.) can only reside in ACTIVE, INACTIVE, or DELETED states.

Hobnob constituents

Hobnob Constituents (ie. Registrations, Accounts, and Teams) can only reside in ACTIVE, INACTIVE, SUSPENDED, or DELETED states.

Events

Events can only reside in ACTIVE, INACTIVE, CLOSED, or DELETED states.

** denotes a required field based on Event settings

*** denotes a field that is only required when submitting Form level API credentials
