Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii (BGCH) was looking for ways to improve donor experience and data analysis—all in an easy-to-use platform. They also needed superior software to more easily manage Great Futures Day, their biggest peer-to-peer fundraiser of the year.
SOLUTION
Qgiv by Bloomerang has become their go-to platform for building campaigns for Great Futures Day and beyond, with their Bloomerang integration streamlining data analysis to manage donor relationships, stay organized, and run efficient campaigns. Features like gamification, automatic donor receipts, donor segmentation, and more have made Great Futures Day the success that it is today.
RESULTS
Over the past four years, the Club has raised more than $2.8 million during their Great Futures Day campaigns alone. BGCH reached 110% of their peer-to-peer campaign goal in 2020, 152% of their goal in 2021, 114% of their goal in 2022, and 135% of their goal in 2023. The Great Futures Day campaign has also seen an average donor growth of 100 new donors annually, with roughly a 48% retention rate for Great Futures Day email campaign donors.
