Initially, our organization turned to Qgiv so that we could include recurring giving as an option on our website. Since then, Qgiv has continually expanded its suite of products and has more than we need to meet our needs with every tool being intuitive and easy to use.
In addition to tools that help us raise more, Qgiv also has exceptional customer service. Any time I have a question, they are quick to answer it and they proactively reach out to their customers to let them know about new products or features that are available. They really listen to their customers and work on providing what the customer needs.
Through Qgiv, Oasis has set up a number of recurring gifts that result in more steady income. Plus, with their GiftAssist feature, donors can offset the cost of processing fees so we can put more of the funds we receive toward our mission. The donation form is easy to modify so I can update it instead of relying on our tech team and is intuitive enough that I can “set it and forget it.”
