Qgiv is essential to Bikes Not Bombs’ capacity to hold and manage events. Our annual Bike-a-Thon is a four-route bike ride for 500 riders, and with the Qgiv peer-to-peer platform, we can set up a web page where riders easily register, form teams, solicit sponsors and accept donations. It’s a seamless process and very easy to use.
Qgiv has made us more successful because it saves us tons of time by allowing our event participants to handle their own sponsorships and fundraising. It provides easy tools for riders to enhance their fundraising.
We use Qgiv to export donations and donor data to our CRM, Bloomerang, every single day. I just set the integration to export automatically daily, and it’s done. I don’t need to do a thing. Qgiv exports the donor name, all contact information, donation amount, date, and type of donation. Setting up this integration has saved us hundreds of hours of manually entering data. We’d be lost without it.
Qgiv is intuitive even for non-tech people, and if I do have questions, I can reach out to the Customer Support Center. They’re always there and ready to help!
