We initially started the search for a text-to-give partner that made the donation process easy for potential donors. The way we were doing it with our previous partner was a bit clunky and at times confusing for a donor. When I had the initial call with Andrew, I was blown away at all that was offered through Qgiv and we ultimately decided to start a long relationship with them utilizing all the platforms that they offer over the course of a fiscal year.

While we are currently using Qgiv’s donation forms exclusively, we plan to use the peer-to-peer, mobile suite, and auction platforms later in the year. Since Qgiv offers such flexible pricing plans, we are able to use the platforms as needed, which is beneficial to our organization.

For us, while we have a very long and admirable history, we are still a very small organization from an operational stand point and personalize everything. We look for that in a partner. Andrew was so responsive and able to answer any and all questions, as was Ashley in onboarding.

On top of that, Qgiv’s pricing, innovative platforms, and their wildly resourceful articles, made it a clear choice for our organization to proceed. The fact that we were able to integrate both our CRM and email service was also an incredible selling point for us, as we will now eliminate tedious hours of manually downloading and uploading donors’ information. We also like the options in form builder, as it is very user friendly and intuitive.

From Andrew in sales to Ashley with onboarding, we have felt truly supported and set up for success from the onset. We switched to make better use of our time, have a modern partner that always seeks to grow in their donation technology, and give our donors an easy and secure service to make contributions.

While we ultimately switched to Qgiv to have a more effective donor process in place for our Foundation, we also are excited and hopeful that our donors appreciate the new, sleek, and easier experience we have tried to create for them.

The Marty Lyons Foundation is a regional wish granting organization that was founded by NY Jets Legend, Marty Lyons, in 1982.
