How to Help After the Earthquakes in Turkey and Syria

The devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria have left massive casualties in its wake. With thousands dead and more now homeless as a result of these earthquakes, it’s imperative that relief organizations mobilize quickly to help stabilize the situation in Turkey and Syria.

If you want to contribute to earthquake relief efforts, here are some options for you: 

Support first responders

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies are raising funds for its disaster relief emergency fund.

The Union of Medical Care and Relief Organizations seeks donations to supply medical supplies to the people of Syria affected by the earthquake.

The Syrian American Medical Society is collecting funds to support medical efforts in the area.

Islamic Relief USA is also raising funds to help the relief efforts after the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.

Feed the Hunger, Inc. created a Turkey and Syria Aid and Relief fund to respond to the devastating earthquakes.

Global Impact also created a Turkey-Syria Earthquake relief fund.

The Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey has an emergency fund established to help the people of Turkey and Syria as well.

Mission Central also created a donation form help with relief efforts in Turkey and Syria.

North American Bangladeshi Islamic Community is also raising funds for earthquake relief efforts in Turkey and Syria.
