Hurricane Ian Update

Qgiv’s headquarters is in Lakeland, FL, and will likely be impacted by Hurricane Ian. Effects of the hurricane will likely be felt in our region beginning Wednesday, September 28. Our office will be closed September 28 through September 30 so Qgiv staff can prepare with their families for the hurricane.

We want to reassure you that processing on the Qgiv platform will be unaffected, as our secure servers are located elsewhere. This means you can continue accepting donations and processing registrations as usual, without interruption!

Update Information

While we hope for minimal impacts, there is a possibility of delayed Customer Experience response times should members of our team be without power for an extended period of time.  Please keep an eye on your inbox, our login messages, and our social media accounts for updates regarding response times and news about Qgiv Conference.
